Preparing For Your Curl Session
To give your curls the love and precision they deserve, we ask that you arrive with your hair clean, dry, down, and fully detangled. No ponytails, clips, buns, or braids—just your natural curl pattern, living its best life. Since we cut curls dry and in their natural state, this helps us see every coil clearly and create a shape that’s truly you.
If your curls have been feeling a little extra knotty, take your time detangling in small, two-inch sections before your appointment. Skipping this step may result in a detangling fee or us needing to reschedule your service—we want you to get the full experience!
Parking
Street parking and parking meters with the pay to park app. If you park at a meter, we encourage you to download the pay to park app and take a picture of your parking meter number so that you can pay from your phone, especially if you appointment is longer than two hours. We do not have designated parking so please allow a little extra time to find a spot.
Running Fashionably Late?
We get it — life happens. If you're running just 5–10 minutes behind, give us a quick call to let us know. If you're 15 minutes late or more, we might need to reschedule your appointment so we can continue giving every guest the time and attention they deserve. A rebooking fee may apply.

Before your appointment, you’ll receive a Client Form—our way of getting a little peek into your world. This is where you’ll send us snaps of your current hair and any inspo you're dreaming of.
Filling it out helps us tailor your visit and make sure we've booked just the right amount of time for the magic to unfold. The sooner it's complete, the smoother things flow. We can’t wait to see what’s inspiring you.
Our Commitment to You
We stand behind every cut, color, and curl we create. If something doesn’t feel quite right after your visit, we’re here to make it better. Let us know within three business days, and your stylist will happily work with you to fine-tune anything that needs a little extra love.
If you'd prefer to chat with someone else, you’re always welcome to reach out to our salon manager directly. While we don’t offer refunds, we’ll do everything we can to ensure you feel confident, cared for, and completely at home in your hair.
Cancellations + No-Shows
We get it — life happens. But out of respect for our stylists’ time and the energy they dedicate to each guest, we have a cancellation policy in place:
— Need to cancel or reschedule? No problem—just give us a heads-up at least 48 hours in advance, and you won’t be charged.
— Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the service booked.
— If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, or don’t show up, the full 100% of the service will be charged.
Our stylists are commission-based, and a last-minute change can leave a gap that’s hard to fill. Thank you for understanding and helping us honor their time.
